Guildhall Shopping Exeter Launches Brand-New Music Festival

Guildhall Shopping Exeter is set to turn up the volume this August with the launch of Guildhall LIVE – a brand-new, free three-day music festival taking place in Market Square from Saturday 29 to Monday 31 August 2026.

As part of our year-long 50th anniversary celebrations, Guildhall LIVE will bring three days of fantastic live music, entertainment and community spirit to the heart of Exeter.

Throughout the Bank Holiday weekend, visitors can enjoy an exciting programme of professional tribute acts performing some of the biggest hits from the past five decades, with the full line-up being announced over the coming weeks.

We’re also proud to introduce Guildhall LIVE: Local Spotlight, giving talented local performers the opportunity to be part of the festival with one of our 30-minute morning performance slots on the festival stage.

Whether you’re visiting to enjoy the music, discover local talent, shop, dine or simply soak up the atmosphere, Guildhall LIVE promises to be a fantastic celebration for all ages.

🎤 The line up so far…

Friday 29th August
We’re kicking off the celebrations with tributes to some of pop’s biggest icons, including Kylie Minogue, Madonna and Gwen Stefani, plus more acts still to come.

Saturday 30th August
Saturday brings something for the whole family, with performances inspired by KPop Demon Hunters, Taylor Swift and your favourite Princesses, alongside even more entertainment throughout the day.

Sunday 31st August
We’ll round off our birthday weekend in style with tributes to Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Michael Bublé, plus more performers yet to be revealed.
