Exeter – Looking for some free activities during the May half term? Press Start on 50 Years of Fun is coming to Guildhall Shopping Exeter from 27th – 30th May, 10am – 4pm daily, offering a high-energy, hands-on celebration of gaming history—and it’s completely FREE.

As part of our 50th birthday celebrations we invite you to take a trip through gaming history. From retro arcade machines to favourites like the SEGA Master System, Mega Drive, SNES, Dreamcast, Wii, PS3, GameCube and Xbox – it’s your chance to relive the magic (or discover it for the first time).

Come along with friends and family, challenge each other, and enjoy some friendly competition as you explore games from years gone by. Rediscover the titles you grew up with, share those memories with others, and relive your youth in a fun, welcoming space full of nostalgia.

Whether you’re a lifelong gamer or just curious to try something new, there’s something here for everyone.
