Monthly £50 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is promoted by Guildhall Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Guildhall Shopping Centre, its retailers, managing agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
Entry is via the official online entry form on the Guildhall Shopping Centre website.
Only one entry per person per calendar month is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

4. Entry Period
The prize draw runs on a monthly basis. Entries must be received by 11:59pm on the final day of each calendar month to be included in that month’s draw.

5. The Prize
Each month, one winner will receive a £50 voucher to spend at a participating store or dining venue within Guildhall Shopping Centre, subject to availability.
The winner will be asked to confirm their preferred store or dining venue once contacted.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by email on the last working day of each month using the email address provided at the time of entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

8. Prize Collection
The voucher must be collected in person from the Guildhall Shopping Centre Management Office.
Proof of identity may be required upon collection.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for the administration of the prize draw, including contacting the winner.

Where entrants have provided consent, their details may also be used by Guildhall Shopping Centre to contact them about future competitions, events, promotions and news.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Guildhall Shopping Centre Privacy Policy. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in communications or by contacting the Centre Management Office on info@guildhallshoppingexeter.co.uk

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.
By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
